Don't wanna feel

Sometimes all I can think about is how we can make our brain handle our feelings, instead of feeling, we think about how are we feeling, , why do we feel like that, where did we start feeling like that, who made us feel like that, when this this start.

But there is a breaking point, when you realize you've trusted too much, but the problem is when you keep doing it, you keep trusting and getting hurt and you realize you are in a cycle that you need to break and it happens once, twice, thrice even, and the only way to stop it is to realize it is hurting you and stand in your own two feets, to make sure it doesn't happen again.
