Living in El Salvador my whole life i have seen many things, i have gone to many concerts, movies, theater presentations, circus, places, etc.
But from all those things the one that has caught my eye and conquered me has been the "U2 VENI IN THE NAME OF EL SALVADOR"
Here is why, i found a song from this great band which make me open my eyes as i have never opened them before, the song "stuck in a moment" it was a revelation, the exact words i needed to hear and no one would say. That is why i started loving U2, cause i already like them.
The "U2 veni in the name of El Salvador" born in the best salvadorean juvenile radio, 102.5 Femenina, i used to hear that radio station when i had to work until 2 a.m. and one of those days, they made an announcement, they were saying U2 is coming to El Salvador, and they made such a nice story that i truly believed it even when they say the performance place, anyway it was a joke, it ended with "La femenina, you listen what you want" but since that day theres was a little something, what if U2 comes to El Salvador, and at once started the con`s, "too small, should be to expensive, so many toos. to end up saying it is impossible".
But then all of a sudden, last year really began this movement, this something that made us all dream about that possibility, that made me remember that it is our right to have dreams, but it is also our responsability to work to make them come true, because as they have been saying since novembre, nothing is impossible, as far as you believe, as far as you work for it, nothing is impossible, it doesnt matter who tells you that whatever you think, you do or you try is impossible, as far as you dont believe in nothing but your ownself, dont give up, put your heart and work as hard as you can,
NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE, THANKS TO FRANKIE, DAVID Y CHALO FOR BEING THERE, AND RECORDING THAT MESSAGE FROM BONO THANKS TO LA FEMENINA, AND ALL THE OTHERS COMPANIES WHO HAVE SHARED THE DREAM THANKS FOR EVERYTHING AND ABOVE ALL

Viviendo en El Salvador toda mi vida he visto muchas cosas, conciertos, peliculas, presentaciones de teatro, circos, lugares, etc.
Pero de todas esas cosas la que mas llamo mi atención y me conquisto ha sido "U2 VENI IN THE NAME OF EL SALVADOR"
Aqui digo por que, encontré una canción de esta gran banda que me hace abrir los ojos como jamas los habia abierto antes, la cancion: "stuck in a moment" fue una revelación, las palabaras que necesitaba oir y nadie me diria. Por eso comencé a querer a U2 porque ya me gustaba. El movimiento "U2 veni in the name of El Salvador" nacio en la mejor radio juvenil de El Salvador (para mi gusto), 102.5 Femenina, solia escuchar esa emisora los dias de desvelo, trabajando hasta las dos de la mañana y uno de esos dias, hicieron un anuncio, decian: "U2 viene a El Salvador" y cuentan una historia q lo hace bastante creíble, aun cuando anunciaron el lugar de la presentación, al final resulto ser una broma, finalizando con el spot "la femenina, escuchas lo que quieres" desde ese día quedó la espinita, y si U2 viniera a El Salvador, y de una comenzaron los contras, "muy pequeño, quizás sea muy caro, demasiados contras, para al finalizar decir es imposible"
Pero de repente, el año pasado inició este movimiento, este que nos hizo soñar con la posibilidad de ver a U2 en el pulgarcito de América, que nos hizo recordar que es nuestro derecho tener sueños, pero es nuestra responsabilidad trabajar para hacerlos realidad, porque, asi com han dicho desde noviembre, nada es imposible, pues mientras creas, y trabajes por ello, nada es imposible, no importa que alguien te diga que lo que crees o trates de hacer sea imposible, mientras creas en ti mism@, no te des por vencido pon tu corazón en lo que haces y trabajes tanto como puedas, NADA ES IMPOSIBLE, GRACIAS A FRANKIE, DAVID Y CHALO POR ESTAR ALLI Y GRABAR EL MENSAJE DE BONO, GRACIAS A LA FEMENINA, Y A LAS OTRAS COMPAÑIAS QUE HAN COMPARTIDO ESTE SUEÑO GRACIAS POR TODO Y SOBRE TODO
GRACIAS A TODOS POR HACERNOS RECORDAR COMO SOÑAR, Y QUE SIN IMPORTAR LO QUE SUEÑES
SOLO DEBES TRABAJAR MUY DURO PARA VOLVER ESOS SUEÑOS REALIDAD
